At Pacmed we develop world leading AI-based decision support software for intensive care doctors. It’s a hugely exciting area where we’re breaking boundaries every day. We’re looking for a Project Manager Adoption to drive adoption of our software so that it can truly live up to its potential to improve healthcare for patients. You will be joining us as we’ve implemented our software in our first ICU and are rolling it out at several other hospitals this year. We’re a startup hyper-focused on figuring out how to best help our users, so your work will be varied, full of opportunities, and crucial to our success!
What you’ll do
As a Project Manager Adoption, you’ll spend time on the ICU of hospitals understanding what drives adoption and supporting healthcare professionals to get the most out of Pacmed Critical. Together with the Head of Growth and Delivery and Care squad you develop our Adoption Strategy. You work with our cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, User Experience Researchers, Designers and Medical Experts to ensure our software is used in daily care practice. To do so, you will work with our UX Researcher and implementation team, and talk to and observe clinicians to take them along in becoming happy and loyal users. Your responsibilities will include:
Define and execute Pacmeds adoption strategy, plan and activities
Develop an end-to-end user journey from the initial engagement with Pacmed Critical to loyal, enthusiastic users
Proactively share the vision and potential of data driven solutions on the intensive care to all users
Work as part of the Delivery & Care squad to jointly ensure hospitals experience a “happy customer journey”
Analyze clinical work processes and work closely together with hospitals to ensure a seamless integration of Pacmed Critical in their workflow
Ensure all users are adequately trained and improve trainings so users know how to capture the full potential of Pacmed Critical
Be the first point of contact after Go Live when it comes to adoption
Monitor and report on adoption based on KPI’s for a continuous process of improvement
Identify barriers for adoption based on clinical work processes and user behavior and translate this into initiatives that drive further adoption
Work closely together with the Product Manager and UX researcher if you encounter barriers that are caused by the product so it can be translated into product improvements
- 3-5 years of working experience
- A HBO degree or higher is preferred
- Experience in the medical field or clinical informatics and affinity with healthcare and data science is a plus
- Experience in adoption of medical (software) devices is a plus
- Strong experience in change management
- Exceptional ability to communicate and build strong relationships
- Excellent listener who reads body language and listens to what is said and what is not said
- Solid project management skills with great attention to detail
- Fluent written and spoken Dutch and English, other languages is a bonus
