Job description
About Pacmed
At Pacmed we develop world leading AI-based decision support software for intensive care doctors. It’s a hugely exciting area where we’re breaking boundaries every day. We’re looking for a junior UX researcher to help us realize sustainable growth.
We have currently implemented our software in our first ICU and have the ambitions to scale across the Netherlands and Europe (and beyond).
What this role is all about
As junior UX researcher, your work will span every step of the product life cycle, from assessing the needs of intensive care physicians and identifying new product opportunities, right the way through to usability testing our existing product offering and understanding where it can be improved. You’ll conduct your own research and also will support the Senior UX researcher with research and projects.
A typical week might consist of visiting hospitals to interview intensivists, analyzing the results and presenting your findings to the team. When you are not in the hospital carrying out research, your week might consist of working with the R&D team on new design iterations by identifying underlying assumptions, creating test plans and prepping for new research in the hospital. One thing you can be sure of, every day you’ll be working with an enthusiastic and mission-driven team who are passionate about using technology to revolutionize healthcare.
What would be expected of you
Design, manage and conduct qualitative and quantitative research under the supervision of a Senior User Experience Researcher
Presenting the results in written and oral forms internally and potentially externally in English and/or Dutch
