At Pacmed we develop world leading AI-based decision support software for intensive care doctors. It’s a hugely exciting area where we’re breaking boundaries every day. We’re looking for a Head of Product to define how AI will enable smart, high quality and sustainable ICU care. You will be joining us as we’ve implemented our software in our first ICU.
What you’ll do
As Head of Product, you’ll lead the Product teams across the organisation. Together with the CPO you create, manage and coordinate on the product strategy and roadmap. You work with our cross-functional teams of Product Managers, Engineers, Data Scientists, User Researchers, Designer and Medical Experts to develop and grow our award winning software innovations.
We’re a startup in the midst of figuring out how to best help our users, so your work will be exciting and varied. You might be observing clinicians on an ICU one day, then working with our engineers to develop data pipelines the next. Your responsibilities will include:
Create, manage and coordinate on the product strategy and roadmap together with our CPO
Lead and manage the Product Team
Function as Product Manager for the Product R&D cross-functional squad
Responsible to ensure alignment on priorities between all cross-functional squads (Delivery & Care / ICUdata / PC Development / Cloud & Infrastructure)
Fuel the commercial team with product information, materials and user feedback
Responsible for managing the product budget
Responsible for QMS processes like product planning, design, usability, feedback processes etc. (towards the Quality & Regulatory team)
Job requirements
Your profile:
You have 5+ years experience in product management
You previously had end-responsibility on the product roadmap
Multiple years of management experience and a track record in successfully leading outcome focused cross-functional product teams in an agile environment that deliver on company OKRs and KPIs
A pragmatic leader with a strategic mindset and excellent interpersonal skills, who doesn’t shy away from being hands-on in building out our product team and portfolio
Passionate about the potential of AI to revolutionize healthcare
As an inspiring leader, you’re able to create an environment that is stimulating, creative, rewarding and where people have space to further develop and grow
Preferably working experience in a startup / scaleup environment
Fluent written and spoken English
