Head of Implementation & Care
Amsterdam, Noord-Holland, NetherlandsOperations
Job description
About Pacmed
At Pacmed we develop world leading AI-based decision support software for intensive care doctors. It’s a hugely exciting area where we’re breaking boundaries every day. We’re looking for an experienced implementation leader to help us build out our processes and our implementation team to realize sustainable growth. We have currently implemented our software in our first ICUs and have the ambitions to scale across the Netherlands and Europe (and beyond).
What this role is all about
As Head of Implementation & Care, your most immediate mission is to significantly reduce our current implementation time to 3 months at the end of 2024. You’ll do that with your team members, who you manage, develop and work with to streamline processes and prepare for scale. The Implementation & Care team currently consists of Brian (Implementation Manager), Ewoud (Adoption Specialist), Mattia (Data Scientist) and has a vacancy open for another technical team member.
With more and more ICU’s live, the need for customer support grows. This is the Care part of the role and consists of ensuring we are able to deliver excellent support. This function is still in the early stages, so there is an opportunity to bring your expertise and set up customer support in a strategic, sustainable manner.
One thing you can be sure of, every day you’ll be working with an enthusiastic and mission-driven team who are passionate about using technology to revolutionize healthcare!
What would be expected of you
- Significantly reduce implementation time:
- Set and manage Pacmed’s Implementation & Care strategy
- Mapping and improving the current processes
- Managing all relevant stakeholders accordingly, both external (e.g., medical, hospital IT & legal staff) and internal stakeholders (e.g., engineers, adoption specialist)
- Manage and develop the Implementation & Care Team
- Ensure adoption of our product within the hospitals
- In due time, build out the customer support processes and team
- Continuous alignment with the product team and roadmap to ensure we meet implementation deadlines
- Assure quality of our implementation and customer processes are in compliance with regulatory demands
