Screening call
In this first chat we'd love to get to know the person behind the resumé and you will get a first impression of who we are and how we work. We'll have some questions for you, and you're free to ask any questions yourself!
First interview
Here we'll dive deeper into the role and responsibilities and how your background matches this. This stage involves a case. We hope to get a good picture of your knowledge and skills, but also aim to give you a good idea of possible challenges in your future role. You'll also meet direct members of your team!
Second interview
In the second interview, we'll go into more detail about our organizational culture. At all times we consider diversity and inclusivity. Thus, in this stage, we'd not only like to see how you fit with our values and behaviors but will focus on how you could be an addition to our team.
Offer
Hopefully, everything went smooth and we like you and you like us! Time to formalize the offer. We'll call you and send you an offer letter with all the details!
